I assemble and lead teams that develop comprehensive cultural space strategy plans. These teams deliver easily actionable roadmaps – a menu of strategic projects, programs, code revisions, and other policies to support cultural spaces and the cities where they thrive. Deep and long-term public engagement roots these projects in the diverse communities they are designed to serve.

Plan View Deliverables

Cultural Space Asset-Mapping: We research and publish a local SpaceLab website — a public-facing GIS cultural asset map, reflecting a deep cultural space census we conduct, cataloguing every cultural space in the project’s market.

Tactical Roadmap: We deliver a suite of actionable, strategic recommendations for specific policies, projects, and other programs to support cultural spaces. Published both online and in print.

Cultural Space Cabinet: We create and hand off to the client a regularly-meeting team of hyper-local ambassadors of cultural space development. This Cabinet will have been involved in the development of the Plan View project and will continue to advise and advocate around cultural space issues.

Ongoing Support: We work to ensure that the recommendations are moved forward. We bring deep experience navigating municipal authorizing environments, and can support successfully executing these proposals.
